For Decades, Menstrual Health Has Been Ignored, Leading To Poor Hygiene Practices, Health Complications, And Emotional Distress For Millions Of Women And Girls. Taboos And Myths—like Not Entering Temples Or Kitchens During Periods—have Prevented Open Discussion And Access To Basic Resources.

Worse Still, In Many Underprivileged Areas, Girls Resort To Using Ashes, Newspapers, Old Rags, Or Plastic Sheets In Place Of Sanitary Pads. The Result? Increased Risk Of UTIs, Reproductive Infections, And School Dropouts.
